What ForteClaim Does — and What We Don’t Do

ForteClaim provides blockchain-focused case assessment, transaction tracing, and evidence preparation for individuals affected by cryptocurrency-related fraud and unauthorized transfers.

Our role is to help clients understand what happened, where funds moved, and what options realistically exist based on technical evidence.

What We Do

  • Conduct case triage and recoverability assessments
  • Analyze blockchain transactions and trace fund movements
  • Identify exposure points such as exchanges, services, and wallets
  • Prepare clear evidence summaries and trace reports
  • Provide escalation guidance for reporting to exchanges, platforms, and authorities
  • Help clients understand next steps, risks, and limitations

We focus on clarity, documentation, and realism, not promises.

What We Do Not Do

To avoid confusion, it’s important to be explicit:

  • We do not guarantee recovery
  • We do not claim to directly retrieve funds
  • We do not control exchanges, wallets, or banks
  • We do not charge “unlock”, “release”, or “withdrawal” fees
  • We do not promise outcomes
  • We do not take every case

If a case is not technically actionable, we will say so.

What You Should Expect

  • An honest assessment of whether tracing is feasible
  • Clear communication about risks and limitations
  • No pressure to proceed if the case is unlikely to succeed
  • No surprise fees or last-minute demands

Crypto recovery depends on timing, traceability, and where funds moved after the incident. Not all cases are recoverable.

Important Warning About Recovery Scams

Victims of crypto fraud are often targeted a second time by fake recovery services.

Be cautious of anyone who:

  • Guarantees recovery
  • Claims special access to exchanges or law enforcement
  • Demands upfront “unlock” or “tax” fees
  • Pressures you to act urgently

ForteClaim does not operate this way.

Submit a Case for Assessment

If you’ve experienced crypto fraud or unauthorized transfers, you may submit your case for assessment.
If the case is not viable, we will decline it rather than take your money.
